Volunteer Programs

 

Seton Harvest provides volunteer opportunities for those interested in a unique hands-on farming experience. Not all ways to help require fieldwork or physical labor. Example activities include:

 

  • Greeting Shareholders on Distribution Day  

  • Washing and Sorting Vegetables

  • Greenhouse Work

  • Website Assistance

  • Planting and Harvesting

  • Promoting Educational Opportunities

  • Mulching

  • Promoting Public Awareness

  • Cultivating and Weeding

  • Event Planning

  • Flower and Herb Care

Annual Farm-to-Table Twilight Dinner!

  • Saturday September 21 Set-up starting at 9:30 a.m.

    • Setting the event up, decorating​, setting up tables/chairs

  • Saturday September 21 Night of the Event 5:00 p.m.​

    • serving the meal  (5 needed)

    •  serving drinks (tea, water & lemonade  1 needed)

    • selling raffle tickets  (1 needed)

    • parking attendants (2 needed)

Help Master Gardeners in the Herb Garden!

  • No experience necessary

  • 1st, 3rd and 5th Mondays of the Month
